Step 1:

Contact us using the details to the left or fill in our Contact Form and we will respond to you via email or telephone (we can also visit you if that is possible/appropriate). We will discuss with you what level of site is best for you; Micro, Small Business or Enterprise. We will discuss and agree with you the key business proposition that you want to convey and advise you on the number of pages and site content that will be required. We will agree with you the budget, format and timescales for the project.You have no commitment at this stage and have incurred no costs. The initial consultation and proposal is absolutely free. If you wish to have an indication of the likely costs prior to contacting us you can use our website pricing model. If you do not have a URL already purchased we will locate and purchase for you a suitable URL that reflects your business proposition. Typically these cost less than £20 for 2 years. We will ask you to send us any logos and/or colour schemes that you wish to employ along with your formal authority to proceed.

Step 2:

We will build you a demo site so that you can see the layout, logos and colour scheme along with some templates for the different page formats that we will use in the working site. We will publish this on our test server absolutely free.

Step 3:

You will then supply text based content (word documents are fine) for each of the pages on the site that we identified in Step 1. We will take that text and edit it so that it is Search Engine friendly whilst retaining your main messages. This service is absolutely free. If you wish us to create text content from scratch we can do that for 10p per word written (which will also apply to any changes or edits as the process unfolds). You will supply images/photos that you wish to use on the site in whatever format that you have available and we will convert these to web suitable images absolutely free. If we have to source or purchase alternative images to reflect the requirements of your site we will assist you to source and select these images and pass on any associated charges at cost.

Step 4:

We will take your text and images and lay them out on each of the pages that you have specified. We will use our knowledge and experience to optimise each of these pages in terms of keywords, page names, meta tags, internal and external links, alt text on images and all other reasonable and sensible measures to improve the website's ranking on all major search engines. This will be done absolutely free. The completed website will be published on our test server, again absolutely free, and will be suppressed from all search engine activity until you decide to officially launch the site. This prevents erroneous listings and problems later.

Step 5:

You will review the site with us and finalise/agree all the pages. You can have one significant page edit on each page absolutely free. A significant page edit is a major change to layout and/or content/images - simple text changes and minor adjustments are part and parcel of the development of the website and are always absolutely free.

Step 6:

Once you are happy we will agree a launch date. At that time we will add Traffic Tracking Software, Analytics Software and also an XML Site Map absolutely free. On the agreed date we will remove the search engine block and the site will be live and will start to be indexed within hours. You may specify a server of your choice and we will publish the site to that or you can take advantage of our hosting program and have the site hosted on our server. Step 7:

We will review the performance of the site after 3 months and provide you with traffic statistics absolutely free for those three months and agree with you the future plan for the website. Some websites are fine when left static and some require regular updates to keep them in the search engine rankings.
